Adaro Energy Tbk adalah sebuah Perusahaan Indonesia yang merupakan produsen batu bara terbesar di belahan bumi selatan dan keempat terbesar di dunia. Adapun CEO Adaro Energy Tbk adalah Garibaldi Thohir (orang indonesia)  dan memiliki kira-kira seperenam saham dari Adaro atau senilai lebih dari $ 1 miliar. Berdasarkan informasi pada tahun ini keuntungan bersih perusahaan ini membaik kembali setelah jatuh 47% tahun lalu menjadi $ 245.000.000 (pada penurunan 4% dalam pendapatan menjadi $ 2,7 miliar). Pada semester pertama tahun ini Adaro sudah mendapatkan keuntungan bersih mencapai $ 268 juta, naik 113% dibandingkan periode yang sama tahun sebelumnya. Pendapatan naik 36% menjadi $ 1,8 miliar.

Pada tahun 2015 ini  Adaro Energy Tbk kembali membuka lowongan kerja terbaru, berikut ini adalah posisi dan persyaratan yang dibutuhkan :

1. POSISI : TAX PROJECT OFFICER

    Persyaratan

• Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring Taxation from reputable university, with min. GPA 3.00
• Minimum 3 years experience in tax area, preferably from public tax firm.
• Having excellence knowledge about Tax Regulation.
• Having good knowledge about Tax Policy & Procedures.
• Having good analytical thinking.
• Fluent in english.

2. POSISI : GOVERNMENT RELATION STAFF

    Persyaratan

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Political Science, Mass
• Communications, Engineering (Mining/Mineral) or equivalent. 
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in
• Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.

3. POSISI : INTEGRATED FARMING ADMIN STAFF

    Persyaratan

• Bachelor degree in Agribusiness / Information Systems / Business Management with Min. GPA 3:00
• A minimum of 1 year experience in breeding company
• Have the ability in the field of Agribusiness Management and Internal Audit
• Have good communication skills

4. POSISI : CATTLE FARM OPERATION STAFF

    Persyaratan

• Minimal S1 Peternakan
• Minimal pengalaman 2 tahun dibidang peternakan breeding
• Memiliki kemampuan insiminasi buatan & Manajemen Penyediaan dan Pemberian Pakan
• Good cattle Farming Practice

5. POSISI : COST CONTROL SECTION HEAD

    Persyaratan

• Bachelor degree from Economic majoring Accounting, min. GPA 3.00.
• Experience in Cost Control area for 5 years, preferably from Public Accountant background.
• Having Excellent Financial Planning and Budgeting skills.
• Having intermediate Financial Analysis skill.
• Having knowledge about Cash Flow Management.
• Having knowledge about Tax Statement.
• Fluent in English is a must.

6. POSISI : BUDGETING OFFICER

    Persyaratan

• Bachelor degree from Economic majoring Accounting, min GPA 3.00
• Min. 2 years experience, preferably from Public Accountant background
• Having knowledge about Financial Planning & Budgeting
• Having knowledge about Financial Analyst
• Having knowledge about Accounting Control
• Fluent in English is a must

7. POSISI : ASSET MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT HEAD

    Persyaratan

• Maintaining and developing the human resource competencies in Power  Plant 
• Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Business and Technical
• Minimum 5 years experience as Asset Management Manager in Power industry
• Have deep understanding  of operation and maintenance Coal Fired Power Plant, operation and maintenance Coal Fired Power Plant HSE, operation and maintenance Coal Fired Power Plant Asset management
• Good Conseptual thinking and analytical skills
• Good Leadership and Managerial Skill
• Good command in English both oral and writen

8. POSISI : SECRETARY TO FA DIVISION

    Persyaratan

• Minimum Diploma degree of Secretary/ Communication/ Management
• Minimum 1) year related position as Secretary/ Personal Assistant/ Administration Officer
• Freshgraduates are welcome to apply
• Have an ability of filling and administration management
• Excellent command in English both oral and written
• Able to operate computer (excellent in Microsoft Office)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills's
• Determined, adaptived, responsive, open-minded, integrity, balance
• Ready to work in a team

9. POSISI : ELECTRICAL TEAM LEADER

    Persyaratan

• Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Electrical Engineering (Diploma Degree with many years of experience are welcome to apply)
• Minimum 4 years experience in similar position
• Required Competencies : Electrical Engineering Design, Project Management, System Analysis
• Good communication, leadership and managerial skills
• Good command in English both oral and written
• Willing to be located at Tanjung, Kalimantan Selatan

10. POSISI :  FINANCE & ACCOUNTING STAFF

     Persyaratan

• Possess at least Bachelor Degree in accounting from reputable university with minimum GPA 3,00.
• Familiar with tax regulation in Indonesia.
• Strong interpersonal skills and good analytical skills.
